Here’s a video of a rainy day that wasn’t going to ruin our plans for cooking out and slow smoking some chicken on our Char-Griller smoker grill
We slow smoked the chicken using a charcoal fire in an offset firebox for a couple of hours.
Let me tell you, that’s some fall of the bone good eatin’ chicken!
